With extensive experience in customer service, it is my goal to helpfully provide our State Farm customers with information, answer questions, and offer assistance with their insurance needs and concerns. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping ensure our customers are satisfied with the products and services we offer at the Quezada Insurance & Financial Services State Farm Agency. I am licensed in Property & Casualty and Life insurance. I am bilingual, offering support in English and Spanish. As a native of San Jose, I enjoy all the great things this area has to offer. I like taking on challenges, learning new things and fixing problems. When not at work, you will find me illustrating, painting and spending time with my pets, a Conure named Oscar and a turtle named Milo.

I joined Quezada Insurance & Financial Services a little over two years ago and have been able to use my 10 years of insurance experience to assist customers. I chose this position because it relies heavily on customer service, and I enjoy helping people and learning about their needs. I have professional insurance licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health. The insurance industry gives me the opportunity to utilize one of my strengths, which is finding creative answers to problems in order to meet customers’ needs. Since I speak both Spanish and English fluently, I am able to assist the Spanish-speaking community. I am a mother to 2 amazing kids, a daughter and a son. My kids and I love crafting and spending time together as a family.

I am a dedicated State Farm Insurance Account Representative with 17 years of experience. I joined Quezada State Farm Agency in 2023, after working 15 years with recently retired State Farm agent Frank Shao. I am passionate about helping people understand the importance of good insurance and coverage and have licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance. I am committed to protecting the well-being of those I works with. The favorite part of my job is servicing customers, offering them options that can make a difference when they need it most. I am fluent in Vietnamese and English, which allows me to effectively communicate and educate my customers. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, shopping, singing karaoke and am in a choir. I also like hiking, walking, and yoga.

I am licensed professional with over 10 years of experience in Life insurance and Property & Casualty insurance. I enjoy working with State Farm. because I like to build strong customer relationships by assessing their insurance and financial needs and protecting their assets from the unexpected. I am fluent in Spanish and English. When I am not working, I like to travel and spend time with my family. I also enjoy lifting weights, hiking, attending sporting events and trying new foods.
